Spa treatment facility resort is located in the attractive mountain area Jeseníky, at the altitude of 620 m. The buildings of the resort are situated on the southern slope of the hill and offers a breathtaking view of the whole ridge of Hrubý Jeseník and of Jeseník city (www.jesenicko.eu). The picturesque center of Jeseník spa town, other spa houses, spa park and promenade with its curative springs is located at a distance of about 300m.

HOTEL ALBATROS – total capacity of 88 beds, accommodation is provided mostly in double rooms with bathroom, TV set with satellite reception, refrigerator, telephone set, possibility of Wi-Fi internet connection for a fee according to the Price list. An extra bed is possible to be added to some of the double rooms. Single rooms are also available. For more demanding clientele, the hotel Albatros offers accommodation in suites and rooms LUX.
Rooms
Rooms LUX are remodeled and newly furnished, bath-tub and toilet in the bathroom. Rooms STANDARD have standard equipment and furnishings, shower and toilet in the bathroom.
Suites
Up-to-date suites are equipped with TV set with satellite reception, radio-clock, minibar, sound system, electric kettle, refrigerator and possibility of Wi-Fi internet connection for a fee according to the Price list. Suites consist of separate bedroom and living room offerring two beds and fold-out sofa bed. It can accommodate up to four persons. The bathroom has bath-tub and toilet.
Accommodation is also provided in the building next door – Guesthouse SILESIE with the total capacity of 43 beds. Type of accommodation provided in the guesthouse is cheaper -touristic. The rooms are newly furnished, equipped with TV set, refrigerator and telephone set. Sanitary conveniences for the majority of the rooms are shared on each floor.
Rooms
Parking is available directly in the resort for a fee. Check-in time is 11 a.m. on the day of arrival, check-out time is 9 a.m. on the day of departure. Pets are not permitted.
Continuous service of the reception secures the sales of OTC procedures and small goods. The valuables can be stored here for you.
Payments can be made by cash or credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard Electronic, MasterCard, JCB Cards, American Express, Diners Club International and Maestro.
Boarding
Boarding is provided in the dining room of the Hotel Albatros. Breakfasts are served buffet style. Lunches and dinners are served from 3 meals menu.The orders need to be maid at the ordering terminal situated at the reception, one day in advance. Dietary menus is also available (upon the decision of your physician) including consultations.
Guests can also eat individually in a comfortable non-smoking environment of Silesie restaurant where they can choose from a variety of prepared meals and minute meals. Lounge with the capacity of 20 persons is also available in the restaurant.
