Regardless of vagaries of the weather you can spend your vacation in beautiful countryside enjoying sport activities outside or using our wellness services inside.

We offer a wide variety of wellness and sports facilities, which will help you recharge your energy and regenerate physical and mental strength. After, you can refresh yourself at the reception desk of wellness center or visit our cofee bar.

Description of services provided

Swimming pool with back flow Dimensions of the pool: 2,7×7,8 m and 1,5 m deep, with back flow for relaxation, hydrotherapy and fitness swimming. Suitable for families with children. Water temperature is 26–36°C.

Small whirlpool It is good for hydrotherapy, relieves stress, does not affect the cardiovascular system, gives a feeling of tense release, has a relaxing effect. Water temperature is 26 – 36°C. Dimensions of the pool: 2,7×2,3 m and 1,4 m deep.

Whirlpool Provides a deep massage to the whole body which helps to eliminate everyday stress. It is great way to refresh not only the body but also the soul in a short time. The combination of hot water, floating and massages improves blood circulation. Indisputable advantage is the placement of jets performing high pressure massages under water, bubble massages of the spine, neck, muscles, joints and feet. Tub capacity is 5 – 6 persons. Water temperature is 33–37°C.

Sauna (dry) Immediate effect of using sauna is cleansing the skin, muscle relief, pain withdrawal, breathing relaxation, mental relaxation, recovery, washing away waste products of metabolism. Capacity for 6 persons.

Fitness center Fitness center (gym) with a wide range of exercise machines – spinning bikes, treadmill, orbitrek a fitness bench.

Table tennis 2– ping-pong tables

Solarium (SOLARWIND 6000/4) Tanning bed consists of two parts – a fixed bottom and movable top. The upper part has 28 tubes and 4 facial lamps RS 1000 W, the bottom part has 20 tubes. Tanning in solarium has a lot of possitive effects. In addition to golden tan, UV rays help the body to create vitamin D, calcium and inhibits the formation of acne. Tanning gives your skin a feeling of freshness and improves overall health.

Massages

 

• Cupping Massage
• Cupping method is very good to eliminate pain in the spine and musculoskeletal system. The cups of various sizes are applied to the skin and the pressure in the cup is reduced so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup. There is more blood flowing in the skin which helps to drain away more harmful substances from the body. Only few methods are known to be as good as cupping to intensify the blood flow in the given part of the body. It has double effect: general (cleans up and improves blood circulation, regulates and improves the function of autonomic nervous system) and local (pain removal, loosening stiff muscles).
• Indian Head Massage
• This massage is based on traditional Indian head massage which was carried out by men – barbers as a tonic head massage with stimulating and refreshing effects. Massage starts by releasing the shoulders, nape, arms, neck and is followed by facial massage. It relaxes the nervous system and relieves fatigue caused by stress and tension, stimulates the lymphatic and circulatory system, helps to drain away the toxins from the body.
• Hot Stone Massage
• In this specific type of massage heated lava stones are placed onto selected places of the body (chakras, energy tracks, problematic and stiffened parts). They are used to heat up the problematic place and to massage by their sliding over the body. The client experiences a feeling of total relaxation and tranquility. Hot stone massage is one of the best ways to eliminate stress.
• Instrumental Lymfoven Massage
• Promotes lymphatic and venous system. It is prevention of varicose veins and swelling. Eliminates the so-called feeling of heavy legs. Suitable for the rehabilitation of athletes and people with occupation heavy on their arms and legs. The shortest time of the massage is 30 minutes, although we strongly recommend 60 minutes. The intention of this massage is to drain the toxins through the lymphatic system away.

Dry Carbonic Baths The bath treatment is applied in special polyethylene bag using carbon dioxide. Procedure is very comfortable and completely safe. It is indicated for the improvement of chronic problems of heart and vascular system, skin diseases and inflammations, also for reducing the pain in limbs, joints and relieving mental fatigue.

Parafango Sea mud promotes dilation of blood vessels and sweat secretion, it has soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, assist with skin deep cleansing and excretion of toxins from the skin. Wraps are applied individually to the calves, thighs, back, arms, buttocks and abdomen. Treatment time varies from 40 to 60 minutes.

Mountain Bikes Rental Office There are 40 brand-name (Author) bikes and 2 children`s bikes available. All the bikes are regularly checked and serviced by authorized company. Rental office is open: Monday through Sunday, 8 am – 9 am, and 4 pm – 4:30 pm.
