Hotel VZ Měřín is located on the right bank of Slapy dam about 60 km south of Prague. Ideal conditions for swimming, water sports, fishing and hiking make this destination very popular among the visitors of Slapy.
The hotel has a grassy beach with gradual access to water. If you want to visit some historical or cultural monuments, you will find many of those around the hotel. Hotel Měřín is open year round and offers its services to the general public. Its quality equipment is available for business conventions, social events, family vacations, sports and wellness stays. Aqua center with an indoor heated pool, water attractions, whirlpool, water toboggan and wellness center is available to you in the hotel. You can also use the services provided in multi-purpose indoor sports hall and bowling room. In the summer, outdoor tennis courts, volleyball court, beach volleyball court, boat and pedal boat rental, and also bike and sports equipment rental is ready to please your needs.
The accommodation capacity of the hotel is 192 beds situated in comfortable non smoking rooms.
The rooms are standardly equipped with LCD TV set, refrigerator, safe depozit box, telephone set, bathroom with shower and toilet. Windows have outdoor roller blinds. All the rooms were remodeled in 2010. Beautiful view from the balconies, overlooking the Slapy dam or the woods surrounding the hotel, captivates almost every client.

Check-in time is 12 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Suites
Luxury suites with above standard equipment consists of two up-to-date rooms, bathrooms and foyer. In a large suite, there is a dining room, sauna and terrace with outdoor jacuzzi.
Bungalows
From April to October, the hotel offers the accommodation in 17 bungalows, which are situated throughout the hotel premises. Each one has a kitchenette equipped with microwave, cooker, electric kettle and a small fridge. There is also, TV set, bathroom with shower and toilet. Heaters are ready in case of cooler weather.

Breakfast is served buffet style and is standardly included in the price of accommodation. In case of half or full board, lunch and dinner is also served buffet style. It is also possible to buy the meals after arrival, during the stay. Another option is to eat in the “U Staré řeky” café which offers menu including minute meals, coctails and Moravian wines.

Hotel restaurant has capacity of 130 seats, meals are served buffet style (you can choose from a number of meals, side dishes, fruit and vegetable). Restaurant is non smoking.
Café has the capacity of 56 seats andoffers large number of minute meals, Moravian wines, coctails and other specialties. In summer, outdoor terrace with beautiful view is available. Smoking is prohibited. Next to the Café there is representative Blue Lounge for 16 persons which can be used for corporate or family event.
Are you in mood for a visit of the stylish place? Then do not hesitate and come to visit our Country Saloon. Its capacity is 30 seats and smoking is permitted. In summer, the terrace is open for 40 persons.
„Mořská panna“ – restaurant and terrace, is open during the summer holidays. It offers the fast food mainly for visitors of the beach. The capacity of the restaurant is 80 seats, and outdor terrace with magnificiant view of the lake is 70 seats. Smoking is permitted.
Parking lot and the entry to the hotel premises is charged.
Pets are allowed with the permission of the hotel director, for a fee according to the Price list.
At the reception desk with continuous service you can buy newspapers, souvenirs, drinks and basic toiletries. Reception also provides informational service and possibility to store your valuables. Internet zone is available in the “Info Room“.
